The particles get stuck in place they like to be, with their friends, there's a force of attraction, packed together. Not rolling over each other, in a nice pattern like oranges in a bowl. Juggling in place, but not having enough motion to get loose of their own and to break the structure down. That's what I call Ice Cream.
